Menene Alumina Ceramic Substrates?

Abubuwan yumbu na aluminakayan yumbu masu aiki sosai waɗanda aka haɗa da aluminum oxide. Yawanci ana ƙera su ta hanyar tsarin tacewa mai zafi. Dangane da abubuwan da ke cikin alumina, ana rarraba su zuwa ƙananan tsarki (75%-85% Al₂O₃), matsakaicin tsarki (96% Al₂O₃), da kuma babban tsarki (≥99% Al₂O₃). Waɗannan abubuwan da aka yi amfani da su a cikin ƙananan tsari da halayen sinadarai masu ƙarfi, suna nuna ƙarfin injiniya mai ban mamaki, juriya mai zafi, da kuma rufin lantarki. Ana amfani da su sosai a matsayin kayan tushe a cikin kayan lantarki, tsarin wutar lantarki, sararin samaniya, da sauran masana'antu masu ci gaba.
