Gilashin yumbu na alumina, wanda kuma aka sani da takardar yumbu ta α-Al2O3 (corundum), wani nau'in alumina ne (Al2O3) a matsayin babban sashi, ta hanyar niƙa, ƙera, yin sintering da sauran hanyoyin da aka yi da kayan yumbu.
